M.P Adolfo Personnel & Logistics Provider OPC (MPAMS) was founded by Marvin P. Adolfo who started from humble beginnings as the key personnel in one of the busiest ports in the Philippines, Harbour Centre Port Terminal Inc. in Tondo, Manila. He also had a stint at Iprudential Stevedoring and Port Services as Branch Head of Stevedoring in Zambales. After 12 years of exposure, learning and honing his skills in the field of port operations and handling Arrastre and Stevedoring, Adolfo decided to set off on his own course and established a manpower company.

Established in 2019, MPAMS specializes cargo handling in port terminal vessel operations, loading and unloading of bulk, breakbulk, grains, non-grains, bagged cargo and heavy lift cargoes together with manpower pooling of certified crane operators.

MISSION

To provide services exceeding customer expectations in the field of Stevedoring and Manpower nationwide, with the objective of continually improving our proceeds towards achieving operational excellence in a socially responsible, professional, friendly and profitable manner.
